About the Role
As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for optimizing drug therapy, providing medication therapy management, advising healthcare professionals on medication use, and participating in patient care teams. You will also handle administrative tasks, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain accurate documentation of drug therapy and patient interactions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Active and in good standing Arizona State Board of Pharmacy license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification for positions working in Emergency and Pediatrics departments.
Preferred:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
