About You
- Current CA Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or 1 year of residency.
- PharmD degree.
- 3 years of experience or 1 year of residency with an additional year of experience.
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist certification.
