About the Role
As a Pharmacist - Casual - Home Infusion, you will be responsible for processing prescriptions, providing drug information, and overseeing pharmacy technicians and support staff. You will conduct drug therapy monitoring, implement interventions to reduce adverse events, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to department management and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm D)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of PA and/or NY at hire or sit for boards and obtain licensure within 120 days.
Preferred:
- Hospital experience preferred.
