About the Role
As a Pharmacist - Inpatient, you will be responsible for processing prescriptions, providing drug information, conducting drug therapy monitoring, and overseeing pharmacy technicians and support staff. You will ensure safe medication therapies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain compliance with regulations. Additionally, you may serve as the Night Pharmacist, managing nightly pharmacy activities and resolving medication-related issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm D)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of PA and/or NY at hire or sit for boards and obtain licensure within 120 days.
Preferred:
- Hospital Experience preferred.
