About You
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license
- 15 hours of approved continued education annually
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Previous Home Health experience
- Valid Oklahoma State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
