About You
- Pharm D accredited by Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education in GA.
- B.S Pharm or Pharm D. from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Three years of experience with medication gap closures in value-based programs.
- Experience in ambulatory or health systems pharmacy practice preferably in population health or managed care setting.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
