About the Role
As a Pharmacist Ambulatory Care, you will report to the Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmacy services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a proficient team. You will also assist in achieving departmental goals and contribute to the overall quality of care provided by the health system.
About You
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Valid Indiana pharmacy license or eligibility as a pharmacy intern.
- PGY-1 and PGY-2 Residency Training with emphasis on Ambulatory Care or five years of pharmacist experience in an ambulatory care setting.
Preferred:
- BCPS or BCACP Certification.
