- Current and valid Indiana Pharmacist license.
- Certification in immunizations.
- Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
- Ability to pass and maintain CPR certification.
- No felony convictions or other criminal offenses involving a dependent population.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
