About You
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE accredited College or School of Pharmacy.
- Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Completion of PGY-2 residency in mental health.
- Direct patient care experience.
