About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification.
- PGY2 residency in Oncology, OR PGY1 residency + 1 year of Oncology Clinical experience, OR no residency and 3 years of Oncology Clinical experience.
- Prior inpatient experience.
- Board certification in area of expertise within 1 year of employment.
