- Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school.
- 1+ years of experience with infusion therapies in hospital and/or home settings.
- Experience in patient care, medication counseling, and preparation of parenteral products.
