About the Role
About You
- Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist and relevant life support certification.
- 5 years of specialty experience OR PGY1 or clinical fellowship completion with 3 years' pertinent work experience OR Pertinent PGY2 completion.
- PGY2 residency in Oncology, OR PGY1 residency + 5 years of Oncology Clinical experience, OR no residency and 7 years of Oncology Clinical experience.
