About the Role
As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for processing medication orders, ensuring the safety and efficacy of therapies, overseeing pharmacy operations, and providing medication education to patients. About You
Required:
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD.
- Maintains current license for pharmacist in the state(s) where practicing.
- 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience in field of pharmacy practice.
Preferred:
- Advanced pharmacy degree – Doctor of Pharmacy, Masters, Residency.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Immunization Certified.
- EPIC Electronic Health Record experience.
