About the Role
As a Pharmacist Staff/OnCall, you will be responsible for reviewing and perfecting medication orders, ensuring the appropriateness of therapy, and collaborating with physicians to optimize medication therapy. You will actively participate in medication reconciliation and may engage in patient care rounds and pharmacokinetic evaluations.
About You
Required:
- BS Pharmacy or Pharm D
- Licensed Pharmacist or License Eligible in Kentucky
- 2 – 3 years of Inpatient Hospital Experience
Preferred:
- PGY1 residency
- Strong clinical skills
- Knowledge of inpatient hospital pharmacy practice
