About the Role
As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy services. You will coordinate pharmacy activities, maintain documentation for accreditation, and support clinical education and training. About You
Required:
- Pharmacy degree (Doctor of Pharmacy) is required.
- Must be licensed as a pharmacist by the Florida Board of Pharmacy or obtain license within 4 months of hire.
- Two (2) years of hospital clinical practice experience with one (1) year completion of an ASHP-accredited residency, or two (2) years completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or Fellowship, or five (5) years of hospital clinical practice experience.
