- Registered Pharmacist (RPH) license in Ohio.
- 5 years of experience in health care management.
- Advanced degree (M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy or M.B.A.).
- Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business and clinical pharmacy.
