About the Role
As a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist – Epilepsy Ambulatory, you will provide longitudinal outpatient care through in-person and virtual visits, therapeutic drug monitoring, and optimization of anti-seizure medication regimens. You will collaborate with neurologists, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff, focusing on medication safety, patient education, and shared decision-making. The position includes opportunities for research and quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible within 90 days of hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
- Completion of a Post-Graduate Year 2 Residency (PGY2) or fellowship OR completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY-1) and two years of experience as a Clinical Specialist.
Preferred:
- Board certification.
