As a Pharmacy Compliance Administrator, you will oversee all facets of pharmacy compliance, with primary responsibility for the 340B Drug Pricing Program, accreditation activities, internal audits, policy development, and quality management initiatives. You will ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations while guiding pharmacy leadership and staff through evolving industry requirements. Additionally, you will supervise compliance staff, partner closely with operational and clinical leaders, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
