Summary
WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Financial/Actuarial Associate Director to join their team remotely. The role involves contributing to complex projects related to the design, financing, and management of pharmacy benefit programs.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Financial/Actuarial Associate Director, you will partner with consultants to perform financial analyses, develop client analyses, negotiate vendor contracts, manage projects, and mentor junior colleagues. You will also present complex financial strategies to clients and participate in financial strategy meetings.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in the design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with significant quantitative coursework.
- Strong financial skills, with prior experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting, or valuation work.
Preferred:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills.
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
