- B.S. or PharmD degree from a School of Pharmacy.
- Current Indiana pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement process improvements.
