About the Role
As a Pharmacy Refill Technician, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients for refill requests, answering inbound inquiries, coordinating medication refills, and ensuring proper documentation and data management. You will work closely with pharmacy staff to maintain medication inventory and support optimal patient care through efficient operations.
About You
Required:
- State registered as a pharmacy technician.
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals in a medical clinic.
