About You
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Successful completion of 1 year residency through American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP).
- Current licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy by July 1st of current residency year.
- Documented history of research and/or publication experience.
- Leadership experience in a professional organization.
- Participation in community service projects.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Immunization Certification.
