About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or enrollment in an approved Pharmacy Technician program.
- Experience in a community pharmacy setting required.
- Familiarity with HEDIS requirements.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in English.
- Spanish or other second language preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
