About the Role
As a Pharmacy Tech I, you will verify member information, educate members on pharmacy rules, process prior authorization requests, resolve grievances, respond to inquiries related to formulary and prescription benefits, generate reports, and maintain records of prior authorizations and rebates.
About You
Required:
- H.S. diploma or equivalent and minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
- Current State Pharmacy Tech Certification or National Certification based on applicable state(s).
Preferred:
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
