About the Role
As a Pharmacy Tech II, you will be responsible for accurately filling physician orders, preparing intravenous admixtures, replenishing medications, and maintaining logs and records. You will also assist in ordering and storing pharmaceuticals, ensuring confidentiality, and participating in training programs. The position requires you to work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Current State of Florida Registration Pharmacy Technician registration or current State of Florida Pharmacy Intern registration.
- Computer skills to support distribution systems.
- Availability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- National pharmacy technician certification by the PTCB or ExCPT.
- IV admixture experience.
