About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and labeling prescriptions, assisting with inventory and formulary compliance, supporting medication orders and patient education, and maintaining accountability for DEA-controlled substances. The role requires flexibility due to the correctional environment and operates Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program or equivalent experience.
- 6+ months of pharmacy technician experience.
- PTCB certification and current CPR certification.
- Must meet health and vaccination standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in correctional settings.
