About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will assist healthcare providers and patients by greeting them, answering questions, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist. You will maintain pharmacy inventory, ensure compliance with safety regulations, organize medications for dispensing, maintain records, and contribute to team efforts. Additionally, you will assist with copay assistance programs and work on projects related to the 340B program.
About You
Required:
- Associates Degree Preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- General knowledge of pharmacy
Preferred:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with pharmaceutical technology and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills in group and community settings
- Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
