About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing medications, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and interacting effectively with facilities, physicians, and pharmacy employees. You will also prepare various reports and may need to work weekends or nights.

About You

Required:

Current State Pharmacy Technician license and certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
1-3 years Long Term Care Pharmacy Technician experience.
Medical Terminology required.

Preferred:

Order Entry and insurance billing experience.
IV experience.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs.
