- CRT-Pharmacy Technician, Certified (CPHT) - PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Excludes - LIC- Pharmacist Intern 90 Days required
- Associate's Degree
- Hospital experience
- Inpatient, IV, Compounding, or Chemo experience would be a strong plus
