About the Role
As a Phlebotomist/Blood Collections Technician I, you will be responsible for conducting donor interviews, initiating blood collection procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, traveling to different mobile blood drives and providing customer service to donors. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts, and includes 6-8 weeks of paid training.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or blood collection is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
