Summary
BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Phlebotomist to join their team in Sacramento, CA. The role involves performing phlebotomy and donor screening to support plasma center operations.
About the Role
As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for greeting donors, screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating donor compensation. You will work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while ensuring the safety of donors and team members.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current license or certification in California: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role.
Preferred:
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Experience with donor information systems.
