About the Role
About You
- Phlebotomy certification and proven experience performing venipuncture.
- Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of basic medical and laboratory terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Excellent communication and patient service skills.
- Proficient in EMR, Word, and Excel; typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Compassionate and patient-focused with the ability to provide emotional support.
