Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float with flexible hours to join their team in Lakewood, CO. The role involves performing blood collections and providing exceptional customer service to patients.
About the Role
As a Casual Float Phlebotomist, you will work with a variety of patients and clinics, gaining extensive experience in blood collection and specimen processing. Your responsibilities will include performing venipuncture and capillary techniques, data entry of patient information, and maintaining logs of patient and specimen information. You will also be required to travel to different sites as needed and provide administrative support.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
