- Phlebotomy skills including venipuncture and neonatal techniques.
- CPT I certification.
- At least six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute setting.
- Experience with pediatric and neonatal draws.
- Proficiency with computer systems, particularly lab systems like Cerner.
- High School Diploma.
