About the Role
As a Phlebotomist, you will work in a single assigned area providing specimen collection and registration services to patients in the main hospital, outpatient lab draw stations, and other facilities. You will be required to float to different health parks as needed, with a focus on high-volume work and computer utilization for orders and data entry. The position requires working four-hour shifts, including every third weekend and one holiday per year.
About You
Required:
- Six months of Phlebotomy experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute.
Preferred:
- ASCP certification for Phlebotomy (must obtain within one year of hire).
- Three years of Phlebotomy work experience and familiarity with EPIC.
