About the Role
As a Phlebotomist Team Leader, you will lead and instruct collection staff, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, perform phlebotomy and collection procedures, and manage donor recruitment efforts. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service during blood drives.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of related experience.
- CPR Certification.
- If assigned to mobiles, a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is required.
Preferred:
- Experience in blood collection procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
