About the Role
As a Phlebotomist Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and placement of phlebotomists, overseeing payroll, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, participating in quality meetings, and providing training and assessments to testing personnel. You will also perform site visits to meet with phlebotomists and clients, review service levels, and address any issues.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of laboratory experience.
Preferred:
- Additional education in a relevant field.
- Experience in supervisory roles within a laboratory setting.
