You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, conduct regular rounds, educate patients and families, and participate in clinical meetings to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current NP license in the state of West Virginia.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Preferred:
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, and/or Orthopedics.
