Iconic Care is seeking a Physiatry APP (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) to join their team in Orem, UT. The role involves providing specialized physiatry care to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
About the Role
As a Physiatry APP, you will be responsible for rounding at 1-3 Skilled Nursing Facilities, delivering care to 25+ patients per day. Your key responsibilities include performing assessments, developing treatment plans, providing targeted interventions, and coordinating care with other specialties. This position requires a high level of autonomy and collaboration with primary care teams.
About You
Required:
Current, unrestricted PA or NP license.
DEA licensed or willing to obtain DEA licensure.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
Nursing home and/or physiatry experience.
Comfort and interest in performing peripheral joint injections.
Familiarity with EHR charting.
