About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience, plus a minimum of 14 years of related and progressively responsible experience.
- Leadership skills and success in managing a team within a large organization comprised of a scientific and engineering workforce.
- Broad applied knowledge and expertise in leadership, supervision, personnel management, and resource planning.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a calculus-based relevant technical field.
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience leading technical initiatives in scientific disciplines.
