About the Role
As a Physical Security System Administrator 1, you will work as part of a team to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for physical security systems, including CCURE, Lenel, and Genetec. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting system issues, monitoring system logs, and implementing updates and enhancements to security systems.
About You
Required:
- BS degree and 1+ years of progressive experience or HS Diploma and 6+ years of progressive experience.
- Experience troubleshooting physical security systems in an enterprise environment.
- Understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Basic knowledge of large-scale networking, VLANs, and routing.
Preferred:
- 1+ years experience in deploying or auditing physical security systems.
- 1+ years experience working on IT related systems such as servers and network switches.
