About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in real-life settings. You will collaborate with a dynamic rehab team and ensure continuity of care from evaluation to discharge. Your responsibilities will include performing discharge evaluations, communicating patient progress, and coordinating care with other disciplines.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.
Preferred:
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist.
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer patients safely.
