Physical Therapist – Full-Time - SNF + Outpatient

We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology rehabilitation services in senior living communities. Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) serves skilled nursing facilities, while our newest business line, EverActive Therapy (www.everactivetherapy.com), establishes and manages therapy clinics in assisted and independent living communities.
