About the Role
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Your daily tasks will include evaluating therapeutic status, directing patients and caregivers in therapy practices, and preparing clinical summaries. You will also supervise PTAs and participate in discharge planning and peer consultations.
About You
Required:
- Active Ohio PT license
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Recent TB test
Preferred:
- 2+ years of PT experience
- Home health or community-based care experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and lead with empathy
