About the Role
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for delivering physical therapy services according to a physician's plan of care, assessing patients' therapeutic needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with healthcare teams. You will also supervise PTAs and STNAs, participate in discharge planning, and provide education to patients and caregivers.
About You
Required:
- Active Ohio PT license
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Recent TB test
Preferred:
- 2+ years of PT experience
- Home health or community-based care experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and lead with empathy
