About You
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
- Experience in home health care settings.
- Knowledge of specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Joint Replacement.

- Compensation range of $100,000 - $110,000 based on years of experience.
- 30 Paid Days Off Annually – Up to 6 weeks (PDO includes company observed holidays).
