About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing and delivering individualized therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. You will also instruct and educate patients and caregivers, supervise support personnel, and ensure adherence to treatment schedules and documentation requirements. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in various settings.
About You
Required:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
