About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice or PT Licensure Compact eligibility.
- Home health or rehab experience (1+ year required).
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations.
