About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will work in a facility environment, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Your responsibilities will include creating individualized therapy programs, collaborating with peers, and training patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
About You
Required:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to adapt therapy programs to meet individual patient needs.
