About the Role
About You
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, required if license obtained on or after January 2016.
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification.
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience.
